The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, and the second bedroom includes a full-size bed. The living space includes a couch, dressers, nightstands, TVs, coffee tables, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, cookware, utensils, and dinnerware — everything you need. 1 Parking Spot reserved for this unit (off-street parking) with some off-street parking available. Off-street parking can be a little tricky in the evenings but u can usually find a spot within a block of the place. Cats or Dogs are allowed as pets with an additional $200 Pet Deposit There is a shared washer and dryer amongst all the units (its often unoccupied and available for use). For any stays that are 6 months or longer, the residence needs to be deep cleaned at least once every 6 months. Tenant can either do it themselves or I may hire someone at the cost of $150-$200.
