Bonus: custom chicken coop accommodating up to 10 birds. Owner is leasing directly, with no property manager involved. We have lived here for 4 years and are moving out of state. As we are managing the property ourselves, we are looking for tenants who are comfortable with routine single-family-home upkeep.
