Here are more details on the unit: The unit is on the 6th (top) floor with a great ocean view Unit comes fully furnished, incl. a 40’ Smart TV “Regular” Apartment downstairs is 720 sq ft, plus approx. 11x13 loft, plus approx. 5x13 lanai There are two elevators in the building Master bedroom with comfortable Queensize Westin “Heavenly” Bed 2nd bedroom room in the loft, Queenside Aerobed available Master bedroom and living room have tall cathedral ceilings NO AC, the master bedroom stays pretty cool, even in the summer, the loft can get a little warmer in Aug & Sep. There are fans in all rooms. Thanks to the typical Kahana breezes, we are very comfortable without AC. We are very comfortable without, but you can probably judge best whether you really need AC or not. Only one Bathroom Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher Washer and Dryer in the apartment Kahana Villas offers a nice pool deck with a hot tub and BBQs, a tennis court, Kahana Beach and S-Turns Beach Park is right across. Great for surfing, swimming, snorkeling. Highspeed Cable Internet/Wifi from Spectrum (100-200 Mbps) Free parking for officially one car (but a 2nd car is usually no problem either)
