Welcome home to this 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom room freshly painted 3 story row home. This home has newer windows, roof, spacious rooms, and an open floor plan. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor and a large bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is on the 3rd floor. There are Washer and Dryer hook ups on the first floor, washer and dryer not included. There is a nice sized backyard as well. 1 small dog allowed for an extra monthly fee of $35. All tenants must be screened through our system, no other screening will be accepted. Must be able to show that gross monthly income is 2.5x the monthly rent. Credit must be over 600, and no landlord disputes in history. New stove/Oven on order. Working on some final finishing items.
