Hello! We have a half double unit available immediately in a great house across the street from the OSU Medical Center's Spirit of Women Park and one block from Battelle. Rent is $1800/month. We prefer at least a 3 month lease, but will generally rent for 12 months. This house includes a big front porch. It also has washer/dryer provided in the basement and brand new gas heat and central air. All appliances are new or like new (fridge, gas oven, microwave, washer, and dryer. Sorry, no dishwasher, but you could bring a portable one. This is a half-duplex on two floors with a first floor dining room, kitchen, and living rooms; second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Tenant pays all utilities. Street parking only, but inexpensive city permit parking is available. It's on the bus line and in a very beautiful historic neighborhood. It's within a short walk or bike ride of just about anywhere (downtown, Short North, Lennox shopping, Battelle, Gateway, law school, med school, etc.). We require tenants to have tenant's insurance and good references. The security deposit is one month's rent. This unit is also non-smoking inside and outside. No pets for this unit.
