About This Property

This is a cozy home with everything you need to live fully independent with storage, garden, shade, and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. It has stained wood beam ceilings, a new back sliding door, 8x8x10 storage unit, new lawn, like new granite kitchen counter top. Water paid and super hi-speed wi-fi ($25 addtl). Very private back yard and entrance. Its complimented with a nice sized private garden that gets 11 hours of Sun on average, and even has a block of cement in the private backyard thats perfect for bbqin and tending the garden or just relaxing or playing outdoors. Small pets allowed with additional deposit, if approved by manager. No large or outdoor living pets. Street parking. $25 fee for credit check, small pets that will live inside may be allowed at managers discretion. Move-in is $1825 [1450 - first month] + 350 security deposit + 25 app fee). Application + Credit check is $25. Once funds received for application, you get placed in the ordered priority.
