You'll walk down a few steps to the front door and there is a staircase to get to the lower level and backyard. All guests are required to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. Violating strict rules may result in reservation cancellation without refund and immediate eviction. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property. The fine is $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. No pets allowed without prior approval.
