Situated at the top of the high street with parking right outside, this suite with exposed brick walls is accessible via two flights of stairs. The open-plan living area enhances the coziness of this downtown suite. The fully equipped kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and all the necessary small appliances. A supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans is provided for your use. The kitchen area includes a lovely-sized island with seating for two people. The lounge area offers comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and a gas stove for heating. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and hotel-quality towels and locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo are provided. Behind a dividing wall, you'll find a welcoming queen bed with side tables and a wardrobe. The window has blackout blinds to reduce light during the summer months. A communal laundry room is available for your use during your stay. Mid-stay cleans with laundry change, including a top-up of basic amenities, are available during your stay. Once you have used all the basic amenities in the unit (dish soap, toilet paper, etc.), you can purchase a replacement basket or purchase your own from town. Staying in the heart of a small mountain town—near restaurants and local shops—brings a special kind of charm. Since this unit is in Downtown, expect some local noise throughout the day and into the evenings. Fernie isn't a party town, but during peak season, there are definitely more people in the bars down the other end of the high street.
