Huge front and back decks with fire pit, privacy fenced yard, garden space, black stone grill, beautiful aspens, large outdoor dining space. Great kitchen with island bar top. HUGE garage with tons of gear storage. Storage inside as well. You'll live with two quiet and respectful mid 20s young professional males who work full time and keep to themselves. Feels like you have the space to yourself most times. You share a bathroom with one of the tenants but may be able to take the master bedroom with a private bath at some point down the road. $1000/month + some utilities which run about $50/each Dog may be considered for the right tenant with extra deposit.
