During ice/snow days, tenant will need to coordinate with neighbors to park at the base. Roanoke County picks up trash weekly, but tenant will have to transport can from cabin to Yellow Mountain Rd and back. Additionally, there is a 1 acre grass field that must be maintained during growth seasons and plethora of leaves that must be cleared during Fall season.
