Steps from Base 9 and the Quicksilver Ski lift, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and the Breck Connect free public transportation service. The building has both stair and elevator access. This condo features a wood-burning fireplace and a recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, soap, shampoo, conditioner, additional toiletries, and a hairdryer. Unlimited free firewood is included and located in the garage. One underground, heated parking spot is available in the building for free. 4WD is highly recommended during the winter months, as the driveway to the parking garage is steep. Additional paid overnight parking is available at the Ice Rink lot and the Satellite Lot (accessible via the free local bus). Day/Skier parking is available at the adjacent F Parking Lot for $1/hr. Garage entry height is: 7 feet 2 inches. Der Steiermark is a boutique ski condominium complex perfectly located between Main Street, Peak 9 Quicksilver chairlift, and the Blue River. Across the street is the Village Complex, where you will find the lift ticket office, ski/snowboard school, urgent care, and the Quicksilver chair lift for Peak 9. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, après-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore. This is a smoke/pet-free property and is not suitable for children under the age of 12. The building locks the front door around 10pm, and guests will need their keys to enter through the garage. There is no air conditioning. The building does not have a front desk in the lobby. Follow the provided self-check-in instructions. To ski after checkout, you will likely need to move your car to the paid F-lot next door. Unfortunately, there is no place to store luggage after checkout. [SI]
