The bungalows are also less than 20 feet away from Taco Bell,McDonalds and Dunkin' Donuts for your late-night cravings or early morning coffee runs! 10 studio units and 1 one bedroom unit surround a quaint,freshly landscaped and gated community courtyard with picnic tables,cornhole boards,string lights and a grill. A shared on-site laundry room contains two brand new washers and dryers,free of charge for you to use at your convenience. Our bungalows are newly renovated and fully furnished with brand new furniture. Each studio bungalow features a full-size murphy bed,sofa,smart TV,dresser,closet with hangers,coffee table,dining table,kitchenette with oven/stove combo,mid-size refrigerator/ freezer,microwave,toaster,keurig,pots,pans,silverware,cookware and bakeware. Our bathrooms feature a shower,wide vanity with storage and towels. Each bungalow features keyless entry access for safety and convenience,allowing you to choose your unique passcode for programming during your stay. We also have one 1 bed/1bath bungalow with a true bedroom,shower/tub combo,walk in closet,living room with futon and kitchenette for rent as well,so please inquire if you are interested! Must be able to pass a background check and credit report,and we will consider all cases with an appropriate explanation. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. Our property manager is a St. Petersburg local and is more than happy to assist you! This is a pet-free property. No smoking,no parties,no loud music so as to not disturb the community members. $750 security deposit due at signing for the studio bungalows,$900 security deposit due at signing for the 1 bedroom bungalow and 1st month up-front. The total for each studio unit will be $1,550 per month,which is the base rent plus $175 per month for utilities including water,electric and WI-FI. Washer and dryer on site is free.
