The apartments have nice sized bedrooms, baths, and living rooms with kitchens on the smaller size. There are two coin operated laundry sets in the lower level. There is an AWESOME outdoor patio which includes benches and plenty of sitting areas. We are asking for $900/month plus $900 security deposit for the two (2) bedrooms. ALL utilities are responsibility of the landlord except the electric AND entertainment (cable/internet). The stoves are electric. Heat is included.
