Sleeps 7. -Main Street- 3 blocks away w/ diverse restaurants ice cream shop, art galleries, dance studio, quaint coffee shop. -NYC train 0.7 miles. Walmart 0.4 miles. Free street parking. **This is a fully furnished apartment. No pets allowed. Looking for a 3-6 month rental. Ideally looking for a traveling Medical Professional or Corporate Professional for a travel work assignment. Move in ready! No additional furniture allowed. Laundry Service credit per week (laundry service delivered or 3 blocks away on Main Street), no laundry unit on site. Wifi included. Utilities Included. You would need to sign a month to month Lease Agreement, Deposit required, Rental Insurance, Background Check, Criminal Background Check, Credit Check, 3 Recommendations, House Rules Agreement, and other requirements as needed. HOUSE RULES (possible future additions) 1. No Parties/Events- No parties or events allowed. (ex: birthday bash, bachelor party or any party or event) 2. No Smoking, No Drinking or No Drugs- No smoking, drinking or drugs or any kind allowed. 3. No photo/no filming- No professional photoshoots or professional filming of any kind. 4. No Pets- No pets allowed. (no animals or pets of any kind) 5. No Firearms-No Firearms allowed (guns, weapons of any kind permitted on property.) 6. No Illegal Substances-No illegal substances allowed on the premises. (drugs or illegal substances) 7. Parking- Please park on the street and not on the driveway at any point. 8. Off-limit Areas- Please don’t use Backyard and under the deck or deck stairs. You can use the deck. 9. Entrance- Please use front door entrance and not the deck door as an entrance. 10. Stove Knobs- please leave stove knob covers on stove knobs at all times for security. Please make sure to turn knobs off when not using. Stove knobs turn ON very easily and don’t lock. 11. Not Child-Proof- House is not child-proof, children must be watched by parents. (ex: small set of entrance stairs with no gate or deck with no gate and other potential non- child-proof areas.) 12. Quiet Time- Quiet time from 9 pm to 8 am. Please lower noise during these times. 13. Furnishings- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 14. Fire Alarms- Please close bathroom doors when you turn on shower to prevent sensitive fire alarms from being triggered. No candles, incense permitted or anything that lights up with fire. 15. Leaving Apt- Whenever you leave the apartment please turn electronics off and lock doors, turn lights off and close and lock the windows. 16. Damages-Please notify us right away for any damages and breakages that occur. Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to you. 17. Trash/Recycle-Please take the trash out when it’s full on trash days. Please take out your recycling on recycling days.
