Prime location with school bus pickup at the top of Stonewyck. All hardwood floors, whole house generator. During snow, tenant must clear a path to generator and keep a clearance around unit of 3 ft. Fam Rm with sliders to stone patio. Fireplace is not usable due to liability. Landlord maintains gutter cleaning and keeps an annual pest control contract. NTN application is required of all adult tenants. During the months of July and August tenant will permit underground sprinkler to be used during night hours. Upon vacating, tenant will have house and carpet professionally cleaned and verify that all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are operable. Tenant pays all utilities including sewer, garbage, cable/internet, snow removal, grass cutting. Tenant is responsible for the first $100 of each and every repair. Renters insurance is required. Security deposit and all rent check are to be made to BHHS-NJ Properties.
