On the main level you will find fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, TV room, and a great room overlooking the lake and a deck. The great room door opens out to the large porch overlooking the lake just steps away. On the second level you will find one bedroom with bunk-beds, one with a set of twins, one with a queen, and a master suite with a private bath, dressing room, and king bed. There is a ½ bath and a full bath also on the 2nd level. Access to a sandy beach and dock is initially part of the package, but subject to change. The home is fully furnished and the kitchen and pantry are fully equipped. There is also a 2-car garage and driveway with room for other cars. No smoking on the property. No pets allowed. Included in rent: Water, sewer, internet, and yard maintenance. Tenant is responsible for: Heating oil, electric, cable, snow removal and trash disposal. $3500 Deposit and $3500 monthly rental fee due upon signing.
