Welcome home to Cavalry Park! Trash pick up, Lawn care and monthly pest control are included and water and sewer is a low flat $45 per month. Tenant pays electric and media. We offer easy to use payment options with money orders or online payments by check, credit or debit card available. Tenants also are provided the option to have access to our online system that allows access to the lease, current statement of charges and payments as well as easy to use maintenance request features. The regular security deposit is $550 and we allow pets on a case by case basis with an additional $500 deposit of which all is refundable if there is not damage to the apartment except for a base $250 to cover flea treatment after move out. This pet deposit may be made in three payments with the first 1/3 at move in and the additional payments over the next 2 months.
