There are two Home Depots. One is 2.1 miles away and the other is 2.7 miles away. Lowes and Menards are close as well. Plenty of movie theaters which are 2.8 miles, 3.4 miles, 4.7 miles, and the Penn Theater in downtown Plymouth is 5.9 miles. Speaking of Plymouth? Do you want a night out? 11 minutes away. Just about anything you need is right at your finger tips, including I-275 which is a little over a half mile away, 11 minutes to the airport, and the Ford Assembly and Stamping plants are 8 minutes away. There are too many more items to list (e.g., drink right from the faucet as the house has a whole house water filter), so stop by soon to see this rare find. Landlord invoices tenant monthly for water, gas, and electric. Internet is a flat fee of $45/month for 1.2 Gig service. Trash pickup and quarterly visits to the dump are included in the rent.
