Our home can accommodate up to 10 guests! It is located within 10 minutes from 2 beautiful beaches (Deerfield and Pompano beach)Living room This cozy room is a wonderful place to just sit and relax after a day at the beach or exploring the cities nearby. Watch your favorite Netflix show on our 42 inch smart TV. You can enjoy a relaxing time while not missing out on the action since it is an open area for the whole family to enjoy. Kitchen This beautiful modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your daily cooking needs. Offering a refrigerator/freezer/ice dispenser and water dispenser, dishwasher and microwave. Dining room This funky dining room will be an amazing place to capture new memories and family meals. With our 10 seats tables, our pic-nic table and our Taco bar, you will have everything you need for an amazing family meal. Our Beach room This room is furnished with a Queen size bed and a smart 32 inch TV. Our Love room This room has a Queen size bed, 32 inch smart TV and wardrobe space. You will love the 2 beautiful windows that provide amazing lighting in the room during day time. Our Ocean room This room provides 2 Full sized beds and wardrobe space. Our Cozy Ice cream Master suite room This room is furnished with a King size bed, smart TV and private full bathroom with a shower. The master suite also has it's own front door as well. You will find a pack and play, a booster chair, a car seat and a stroller in this room. Covered Patio The outside dining table offers 8 sitting places, as well as a beautiful chilling spot right outside the patio door. Large swimming pool Our outdoor area offers a large swimming pool. The pool is not heated. As per Florida law, a safety fence will be in place when you arrive. It can be removed if you do not have children or if you do not require it. However please note that this would be done at your own risk. We also have a childlock installed on the backdoor. *Optional BBQ is available for $60 for your entire stay. PARKING DETAILS: There are a total of 4 free parking spaces LOCAL AMENITIES Approximately a 10-12 minutes drive from both beaches Deerfield and Pompano, there are many shopping and dining options nearby. You will find multiple Grocery stores, a Walmart, a Costco, Whole foods, Pharmacies, Banks at only 5 minutes away from our home.
