About This Property

Charming downtown home with 2 bedrooms, office (could be used as a 3rd bedroom), and 1.5 bathrooms available starting July 2024. 1 year lease preferred but with flexibility in start timing and lease length. Rental for summer can be considered at different rate. We have renovated and furnished this home as our own, doing a temporary move away from Bozeman and looking for respectful renters while we are away. Open downstairs floor plan with kitchen, dining, living room, bathroom/powder room, and office with Peloton bike that could also be used as a 3rd bedroom. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (queen beds), full bathroom, and laundry. We plan to rent the home fully or mostly furnished, but reach out if your are interested in renting unfurnished. Lovely south-facing backyard and patio with grill to enjoy your summer. Umbrellas for shading. Hot tub to use in cooler months. Raised beds available for gardening, apple trees. Renter pays flat fee for all utilities - water, trash/recycle, gas, electric, and high-speed WiFi. 3 off-street parking spots for your use. There is a separately rented basement-level apartment (1 bedroom 1 bathroom) - option to rent both together if you are looking for more space. This home will let you enjoy the best of Bozeman, on a friendly block in the Cooper Park district, just 2 blocks south of Main Street on a tree-lined street. Walk to Main Street for restaurants and coffee, Emerson Center for the Arts for shows and pizza, Cooper Park, and local Co-op for groceries. Short walk or drive to local trail systems.
