The kitchen is located just past the living room and comes equipped with a gas stove, plenty of cabinet storage space as well as laundry hookups. Office viewing hours are Mon-Fri from 8:00am-3:30pm; you will check out keys in our office to view the unit. Further instructions will be provided to you upon scheduling a viewing. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. We are located at 420 N. Court Street, Visalia and 288 N. Second St, Porterville. You are more than welcome to come into our office and check out keys to view the unit if interested. We require a refundable $20 cash key deposit as well as copy of our ID. Be sure to bring the following if you would also like to fill out an application: 1. Valid Driver's License or ID 2. Proof of Income 3.
