The kitchen features plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table that can extend to accommodate more seating. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen bed and the other a twin bunk bed set-up. Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with its own TV. Upstairs there is also two bedrooms with a queen bed and the other with twin bunk beds. Step outside to the expansive deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining set with an umbrella. Cozy up around the gas fire table with the patio conversation set in the sprawling backyard. A playground for the little ones makes this home perfect for a fun-filled getaway. We extend a warm welcome to your furry family members as well, as we happily embrace a pet-friendly policy. A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. This home is only a short drive to the beach and plenty of restaurants, as well as close proximity to Cedar Point. So make memories to last a lifetime at this idyllic home! Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.
