About This Home
This charming house is in the best location in Bozeman--in the Historic District, one block from Cooper Park. Walk to MSU and walk to Main Street. The entire kitchen, all main level flooring and main bathroom are new as of fall 2021. Nice fenced yard. 7500 square foot lot. Detached one car garage off alley and there is street parking. Yes, there are 5 bedrooms but three are upstairs with sloped ceilings and they are not big. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. Small dog negotiable with extra monthly fee. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood so please be mindful of that. Tenant pays all utilities. The pellet stove does not operate--sorry. There is a cellar for furnace, water heater and some storage. Lease is for 6 months or negotiable for 18 months but not in between. We want to get lease onto a summer cycle. A credit check and verification of employment will be applied to all potential tenants. Send email to arrange a tour on Sunday afternoon December 7.
