Amazing location, walking distance to tons of shops, coffee, and restaurants. It’s a 5 min walk to downtown Culver yet in a very family safe and walkable community. It’s across the street from Jackson Market and a block away from Carlson Park. As for the condo itself, it can come fully or partly furnished. There’s an in unit washer dryer, central AC/heater, 1 cover parking spot (don’t worry though as there is PLENTY of street parking), super strong WiFi and tons of closet/storage space. There’s also a small outside balcony accessible through the living room.
