Just down the street from the popular Gimme Coffee! café. New heatpump minisplit HVAC system provides quiet, efficient, and clean central heat and air. Kitchen has all new solid wood cabinets and real stone countertop. Full oven/range, refrigerator, microwave All uncarpeted floors (ceramic tile mostly; some luxury vinyl tile) Each bedroom has its own complete en suite bathroom. One bath has shower only, other has tub plus shower. Entry way mudroom leads to private entrance. Comes fully furnished Off street parking and wifi included in rent No laundry on site; but Ithaca's nicest laundromat is just down the street and very convenient.
