About This Home
Why wait for new construction? This barely-lived-in home is only 18 months old, and with builders in the neighborhood currently sold out, this is your chance to secure a "like-new" property without any delay. A PCS order change, forces the sale, Seller's loss, Buyer's gain-with no inflated price and upgrades you won't get from a builder: full gutters surround, pre plumbed for water softener, and a large added extended back patio. All builder warranties transfer to the new owner.
413 Cowboy Peak is a house located in Guadalupe County and the 78108 ZIP Code.

San Antonio Board of REALTORS®
Cibolo is a suburban city located about 25 miles northeast of Downtown San Antonio. Positioned right along Interstate 35, the city’s easy access to the urban core makes it a popular option for commuters, and the terrific public schools and low crime rate boost the appeal for families as well. Randolph Air Force Base is right next door, and many service members as well as civilian military employees stationed there choose to live in Cibolo.
The community’s landscape is almost entirely made up of residential neighborhoods, with a rental market largely composed of single-family homes. Main Street features a small cluster of historic storefronts, housing such popular local hangouts as Harmon’s BBQ and Old Main Ice House.
In addition to the numerous public parks around town, the legendary Schlitterbahn Waterpark is just minutes up the road in New Braunfels.
