A car is needed for most things, though everything is a short drive away. Home is quiet inside, but located on a busier road, so some traffic noise is possible. Trash is collected Tuesday and Friday morning, with bins placed out the night before, and recycling is collected Tuesday morning. The occasional pest is common in Florida, and while treatments are regularly scheduled, refunds are not issued for pests. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.
