Summer sublet, spacious 1b-room, perfect for visiting academics (May 20th - August 1st; with flexibility) Best price in Ithaca for such a spacious high-ceiling 1b-room apt. Great for singles or couples. Large windows and lots of light. Big kitchen, and spacious living room and bedroom. Beautifully furnished with MCM furniture. Located by the commons and within walking distance from all public transportation you may need. Laundry machine on-site, private parking included, and all other appliances. The price includes all of the utilities and it is the exact amount I pay for a monthly rent (1150 a month).
