The comfortable living area is a welcoming space with a cozy sofa bed and a TV, perfect for unwinding. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. Mandatory resort fees cover essential beach services, including an umbrella, towels, and two chairs. The fees are $40 per day for stays of 1–14 nights, $35 per day for stays of 15–29 nights, and $30 per day for stays of 30+ nights, with applicable taxes not included. Optional valet parking is available at $35 per day for 1–7 days, $30 per day for 8+ days, $650 monthly, and $480 per month for stays of 6 months or more, with applicable taxes not included. Package pickup is available from 8 AM to 4 PM for $5.50 per package and after hours for $27.50 per package. Bring your photo ID to claim your package. Owners don’t pay unless the package is addressed to someone else. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours’ notice; note that this will generate an additional cost. All guests must be registered by providing a photo ID on the same day as check-in to ensure a smooth process, as the building only allows access to registered guests. A starter kit of supplies is provided for your first day. A laptop computer is not included. Unfortunately, washcloths are not provided. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. The apartment offers a remote work-friendly environment with high-speed Wi-Fi, although the building's Wi-Fi is a shared service and speed may vary.
