Rent is $3,500 per month. There will be a $50 daily surcharge for occupancy that include December 20 to January 5. Minimum 6 month rental required. You need to register your occupancy with the Association upon your arrival. Unit features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, range/oven, over-the-range microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, television, central a/c, and in-unit stacked washer and dryer. The unit has basic cooking utensils and cookware, dishes, cups, silverware, bath and bed linens, Wi-Fi internet access and two (tandem) assigned covered parking. No pets. This is a no-smoking building. Guest will have access to the building amenities: Recreation Deck (Pool, Sauna, Cardio and Weight Rooms, BBQ Grills, Party Room, Lounge, Kitchen Area, Library, Vending and Ice Machines and Garden Area and Pond. For your convenience, there is a trash chute on each floor. Just 1.4 miles to Kuhio Beach, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium and Kapiolani Park; 1.1 miles to Waikiki Beach; and .5 miles to Ala Moana Beach. Other points of interest: Just 8.9 miles from the Daniel K.
