We are centrally located in the desireable Strawberry Vale area just a 5 minute drive to the Camosun/Interurban Campus/Pise and VGH hospital ideal for a student or Nurse etc. We are adjacent to tennis and pickleball courts just (1min walk), and the Galloping Goose too. The suite has a large living room area, plenty of windows and great storage on the inside. You are welcome to store bikes etc outside. SINGLE TENANT only need apply, NO PETS and no smoking/vaping or partying. We are a very quiet, kind and active mid aged couple. We will require proof of employment and 2 references please. Rent is $1600.00/month which includes hydro, water and internet. There is one parking space also. Laundry is not included, however there are 2 laundrymats just 5 minutes away. Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, is located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island between the Juan de Fuca and Haro Straits. On the island, Victoria has become the largest urban area. Even though Victoria is known for its parks, there are still plenty of indoor attractions to enjoy. The Royal BC Museum is a world-class museum with natural and human history. Another great place to check out is Craigdarroch Castle. Completed in 1890, it has been restored to look as it did during the 1890s. If you prefer outdoor activities over indoor ones, Beacon Hill Park is 200 acres with wildlife such as peacocks and deer.
The Inner Harbour is a scenic stretch of waterfront with tons of restaurants and shops. The Victoria Bug Zoo is a mini zoo that gives visitors the opportunity to view live tropical bugs from around the world.
