The storage unit is to the right of the front door and the assigned carport is #113. Renter has access to the Club 4100 which is a members only club house that features a workout facility, lounge area with fireplace, tv, free WiFi, pool table and meeting area. Rent includes water, trash, recycling, snow removal, landscaping. Renter to pay for electric/gas and their own internet/cable. There is an AC unit in the living room. Newer stacked washer and dryer included. There is a fridge, though it is not in the pictures provided. There is one spot for covered parking and several other places that a car can stay up to 72 hours in the complex. No smoking or vaping allowed in the unit. Cats are not allowed. A small/medium dog is considered upon meeting given that it meets HOA regulations (DNA test required by HOA). Pet rent is $100 more a month with a $500 refundable security/cleaning deposit. Rental insurance is required as well. You may apply for this rental through this site. There is a small fee for your application. This unit is available February 18th (potentially earlier).
