The rent is $1800/m +tenant is responsible for paying $100/m for 3rd party professional pool maintenance. It is located close by to schools, shopping, and easy quick freeway access only minutes away! No smoking allowed in, around, or near the home. Therefore smokers need not apply. Only pets allowed are dogs. No more then two and they must be under 25lbs and over a year old. There will be an additional $25 per month rent per dog. Easy qualifying as credit score does not matter. However, your verified monthly income must be minimum 3 times the rent and a full background, eviction, will be pulled. So if any evictions, judgments from previous landlords need not apply.
