About This Home

12 Month Lease, $2,010 deposit, Available Aug 1

400 Block of West Maple Champaign - we own five of the homes on this block, including 408 W Maple. 408 W Maple was constructed new in 2017. It is all electric, heated and cooled with heat pumps. We took care taken to super insulate the house to save on energy bills. A patio door opens from the living room onto a large deck. The deck is in a large side yard. The yard is fully fenced - WE MOW THE YARD. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. Each has it own full bath. A half bath is on the first floor. This home is seldom available. Since its construction in 2017 it has only had two tenants. Each a couple who left to buy their first home. Spalding Park is just around the corner. West Side Park is four blocks south and downtown Champaign is a six minute stroll away. Our private tenant fitness center is just four blocks to the east at 605 N Neil.
