About This Home
We are looking for responsible and friendly tenants to fill our homes. We offer monthly discounts to all tenants who pay early or on time. Your $1750 rent is discounted to $1550 for paying on time or early each month. We're Confident You'll Like Living Here!!! Beautiful and refurbished, this spacious duplex has the modern elegance of crisp white trim on khaki walls, neutral carpet, and wood decor floors perfectly put together and combined with an open floor plan. Stand in the kitchen and gaze across the dining area into the living room. Look beyond the living room through the sliding glass door onto the covered back porch or out across the backyard. The large 6 x 10 laundry room with W/D hookups is spacious enough for full-size machines and big enough to double as a storage room. While you have limited backyard neighbors intruding on your privacy, you are conveniently close to Kingsland's City Park with walking trail, baseball fields, skate park, and more. You'll also live within minutes of shopping, schools, restaurants, and the interstate for easy access to Jacksonville International Airport and the City of Jacksonville, Florida.
