We have two unfurnished bedrooms available in a home located on a 1-acre property in AG, about a mile off highway 101. The two available rooms share a bathroom and have access to shared common spaces which include the kitchen, living room, and laundry room. A couple currently occupies the master bedroom, along with their two medium-sized dogs. Each room comes with its own “bonus room” which can be used as an office or storage space. Each bonus room is about 140 square ft. Lease Terms & Move-In Info: • Month-to-month lease • Move-in date: Anytime in August (pro-rated first month) • The two rooms will be vacant starting August 1st, but we’ll be replacing carpets and making updates around the house during the first week of August. If you’re ok with a bit of short-term construction, you’re welcome to move in on the 1st. Rent & Deposit: • $1,450/month per room – all utilities included (electric, gas, internet, trash, water) • Security deposit: 1 month’s rent Property Features: • 7 Chickens (eggs for everyone) • Avocados when the trees are in season • Use of a few garden beds if you’d like to grow your own produce • Large bonfire pit • EV chargers available • Plenty of outdoor space and parking My girlfriend and I live in a separate guesthouse on the property. We are looking for clean, respectful housemates for the main house. Age ranges on the property are mid-20’s through mid-30’s, and we’re all working professionals.
