Love it here, the staff are so nice and helpful. The only thing I would like is to have less of the scent that is in the hallways that I believe the vacumn cleaner leaves behind. It is very strong and overbearing at times.

I love it here. I moved into a house when I first moved to Greenville I should’ve been at 408 Jackson from the very beginning. it’s close to everything. There’s so much to do and the apartments so many amenities. As a single person I should’ve moved here in the first place. My mistake I waited!!!
The facilities at 408 Jackson are amazing! We even have a beer tap here. The management is very helpful and prompt. The location of the building is also very good. Everything is downtown is accessible.

I love the staff (front house and maintenance staff). They are very friendly and courteous. I will say since I moved here a year ago, the garage and elevator areas are not well maintained. Renters will leave garbage in the elevator areas and the garage always have garbage around (cans, cups, hangers, food wrappers etc.) I understand that it is not the fault of the employees, but the renters should take pride in the area that they are living in. Inside the building has always been well kept and clean.

It's been a great start and we are looking forward to becoming part of the community! A fair bit to learn on how everything works, but the staff are really helpful and always willing to help. The move in was pretty easy, the moving company had a fair walk from the lift to the apartment, but we did everything needed in the first day which was great. A storage unit was essential as we had quite a lot of extra possessions we do not use daily. Our unit is very close to the apartment which is convenient.

Staff is wonderful. Beyond accommodating. Location is great. I would recommend anyone considering renting here to make sure things like electric sockets are suitable for you, toilets flush well, lack of disposal in sink isn’t an issue. Little things like that. Overall, place is great!

Great onboarding and apartment is clean, fresh and fully operable. The lease signing was convenient and everything aligned with what I expected on day one. Move in was easy with freight elevators and signage, and garbage pickup and ease of WiFi setup was awesome.

We've been living at 408 Jackson since March of 2023. The apartment complex is new and conveniently located near downtown. The staff are really great. The monthly resident events are well curated.

My favorite part of 408 Jackson is everyone who works here truly seems to love it, they’re so friendly. The common areas is always perfectly clean. Maintenance is always quick respond, and their mail system is the best I’ve experienced in an apartment.

Amazing, luxurious apartment complex with excellent amenities and a fantastic location! Right next to the Greenville Drive ballpark and walking distance to almost everything in downtown Greenville. Staff is incredibly helpful and maintenance is very timely. A must for any baseball fan.

Apartments are great, about space and features. Price is very reasonable for enjoy a location with a lot of nice enviroment and a lot of activities around you. Community is great and make you feel always welcome.

Love the location, the gym, the pool area, and their units are brand new. I’ve never lived in an a apartment with an ice machine before so I also really enjoy that.

This apartment community is so convenient and the entire downtown area is walkable. The staff are all extremely sweet and helpful and the overall vibe at 408 is hard to match!

Everyone is so friendly! The building so incredibly clean and the staff is very tentative. I was welcomed with the cutest welcome package that included swag for both me and my pup!

Whether it’s a quiet night in or joining one of the many activities going on downtown, we love living here! The views and downtown location are amazing. Nick, Emanuel, and Moriah are the best team. We love the events and the place always looks clean and inviting. The leasing office is always so friendly, and they do a great job keeping the community updated.
