Range and refrigerator furnished. Washer/dryer hookup in kitchen. This unit has been recently renovated within the last year. Off street parking lot in the rear as well as on street parking in the front. Within walking distance of historic downtown Marietta, Ohio. Pets/animals of any kind are not allowed. We do not accept HUD. Tenant pays for all utilities and must share lawn care. There is a month to month rental agreement, no lease, with 30 day move out notice. There is an application process with background and credit checks for all occupants 18 and over.
