It has two bedrooms and one and half bath, with the half bath located in the master bedroom. The entire apartment is newly renovated, and the original wood floors in the living room and second bedroom have been restored. All new stainless steel appliances have been installed in the kitchen, including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and range. New ceramic tile throughout the kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms. Washer and dryer are provided. A brand new furnace and air conditioning unit have been installed for central air. Small deck area included. No cats allowed, but one small dog (under 45 lbs.) will be considered with a non-refundable pet deposit of $200. No smoking. We do not accept HUD.
