About This Property
Need a group of three or four males or females, preferably at least one of which is currently a sophomore. BEGINNING 6/1/2022 and ENDING May 31, 2023. Strongly prefer SU students. Each of the will have his or her own sizable room. Why pay $550 to $800 a month to live on campus or in one of those apartment clusters a half mile off campus when you could have your own sizable room in a spacious duplex on safe West College Avenue, just four doors from the corner of College and Camden. Four bedrooms total with large closets, living room, kitchen, and one and a half baths, front porch, back deck, AC’s, and washer and dryer. Access to attic for storage. Yard care provided. Rent is $1360 for four ($340 per person) and $1350 for three ($450 per person). Gas, electric, and City water and sewer average a little over $50 a month per person. Reply e-mail.
