The main floor has a half bathroom, large living area, as well as an eat-in kitchen with a sliding door that leads to the back deck. Head up to the third floor to find a master bedroom with its own private bathroom as well as another full bath in the hallway and two other bedroom. Washer and dryer hookups are also on third floor near all bedrooms. *We require a pre approve application to schedule any showings. All parties that will be living in the home 18 and over must submit an application. Once Pre Approved you will be contacted. *Tenant pays electric, water/sewer, trash, and gas. $80 a month Grounds Maintenance fee paid in addition to the rent that will cover the lawn care and snow removal and future outside projects.
