406-1/2 N Main (downtown Bloomington) We have a very large 1 bedroom unit, rent is $1000/mo. Rent does not include utilities which is just electric (we pay the water for the building). Unit has a washer and dryer. Recently renovated. There is a large room in the front of the building that leads into the kitchen, then 2 rooms after that plus a final room that could be used for storage or a sitting room. The first room could be a bedroom or living room and then the rooms after the kitchen could be living room or bedrooms as well. This unit is about 900 square feet. Unit is on the second floor. Street parking with city parking decks a block away. Unit will be available November 5th.
