Could be better.

While the area that my apartment is lovely, the building itself as well as management is not. The pipes are very bad,causing a stench every time you turn on the faucets. When it rains the windows in both of my bedrooms leak water inside. The kitchen sink constantly gets backed up, and the rent has gone up twice within a years time. Management knows about these issues, yet does nothing about it. Thank you for listening.
