Rent includes water, sewer, and trash removal services. Small pets are allowed (up to 25lbs), with a limit of two pets per apartment (pet fee is additional and paid at lease signing). Note that there are breed restrictions for dogs; please call if you have questions. Each unit has an assigned, off-street parking space, and there is an on-site laundry facility for residents. The property rests across the street from a well-maintained City Park, and is a very short drive to Federal Highway, I-95/I-595, the Airport, Port Everglades, and the beach. There are restaurants, shops, and grocery stores all within a 5-minute drive, and Broward General Hospital is within walking distance! $80 non-refundable application fee per person. Move in cost is the first month's rent PLUS a security deposit based on credit, income, work and rental histories, and criminal background (FYI the security deposit is a MINIMUM of 1 month's rent but could be more).
