Rent includes water and trash, renters pay electricity, gas, and internet. Available for a 6-12 month lease length, with the potential to renew based on agreement. Deposit is $2200 and first month's rent is due prior to moving in. Pets are negotiable. Application fee is $50, good credit and rental history is required.
