Enjoy views of the floor to ceiling (decorative only!) brick fireplace while relaxing on the queen sleeper sofa. Through the living room is the dining area, featuring a large farm table and another floor to ceiling (decorative only!) brick fireplace. The completely redone and spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with ample counter space. Just off the kitchen is an additional living space with another queen sofa couch and large SmartTV. The master bedroom is on the first floor and features a king-size bed and a large SmartTV. The ensuite bathroom features dual skins, a stand alone shower, and a clawfoot tub. Upstairs are the additional bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom has a full and queen bed, and the second is fitted with two queen beds. The second full bathroom provides ample space for guests to share. Onsite laundry is available for your convenience. Enjoy the deck with patio furniture, picnic tables, an above-ground pool (not heated), and a grill. This is a pet-friendly home with a fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. This is a residential area. Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available, but driving is encouraged. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Includes a desk on the main floor.
