A signed liability waiver is required prior to hot tub use for the safety of all guests. All events require prior management approval, with additional fees and security deposits. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property, with a fine of $300 for violations. Unapproved parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $100, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement for violations. Unauthorized animal/pet incurs a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition, with charges for negligent damage. House rules violations can result in fines and/or eviction from the property. The home includes a dedicated workspace for remote work or studying, making it remote work-friendly.
