The well-appointed two-bedroom apartment combines natural wood and stone with organic textures and state-of-the-art technology. The first room features a king-size bed, the second room has two double beds, and the living room includes a full pullout sofa bed. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, glass stove, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, integrated microwave, and more. A large balcony offers a panoramic view of the ocean, and TVs are available in each room. A mandatory resort fee will be charged at check-in. For stays of 1 to 6 days, the resort fee is $35 per day. For stays of 7 to 29 days, the fee is $22.5 per day, and for stays of 30 days or more, the fee is $15 per day. This fee covers access to both the beach and pool, including two beach lounge chairs, one umbrella, and four beach towels. Valet parking is available but not included, with rates of $40 per day for 1 to 6 days, $15 per day or $105 weekly for 7 to 29 days. A Pack’n Play crib is available for free upon request. For groceries, a 24-hour Walmart is right next door, and a Publix Supermarket is a two-minute drive away. Instacart is also available for grocery delivery. Smoking and parties are not allowed in the apartment. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, and residents will be provided with a wristband to access the pool and beach. The pool attendants will provide guests with towels. High-speed internet access is available, and a 24-hour concierge and security service are provided. A laptop computer is not included.
