SORRY, BUT NO PETS OF ANY KIND & NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED. LAUNDRY FACILITIES ARE LOCATED IN THE BUILDING. During the summer season the Weekly rates are $1,500/wk. Nightly rates are $270/nght with a 3 night minimum. Monthly Rate is $2,500 (pending availability) Off season monthly rate is $1,10.00. Month to month or week to week is acceptable any season. 2-parking spaces are included. Additional pictures are available upon request. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Master bedroom has one queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has 1 set of DOUBLE bunk beds. 2 on the bottom and 2 on the top. One adult only on the top bunk.
