All guests must be registered and maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed and the host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint is allowed and any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. Community amenities such as the pool, gym, and other shared spaces may occasionally be closed due to maintenance, weather conditions, or local ordinances beyond our control. The community also sets its own hours of operation and policies that guests are required to follow. While guests are welcome to enjoy these amenities when available, access is not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for amenity closures or limited access during your stay. This unit includes a Minut smart home device to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy for safety and neighborhood compliance. The building is located in a multi-unit residential property, and occasional noise from neighboring units may occur. Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we’ll do our best to provide advance notice and guests are required to allow entry if needed. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation. Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances. Unreturned, Lost, or Damaged keys will be charged $150 per Key Card and $75 per Key Fob. Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy and while we aim to provide reliable service, connectivity is not guaranteed and may be impacted by provider outages or high usage. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay and excessive messes or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. Construction or city maintenance near the property may occur and while we try to notify guests in advance, we cannot control or refund for external noise from neighboring activity. Downtown Macon is probably best known as the home of Mercer University. But there's much more to this historic, Southern gem than that -- Downtown Macon is home to a variety of unique museums, several Antebellum Homes, and the state's oldest church. Macon, nicknamed "The Heart of Georgia" because of its central location, began with Fort Benjamin Hawkins in 1809. Some of the historic homes include the impressive Hay House, built in 1855. The Italian Renaissance Revival mansion is open for tours as well as a popular location for weddings. The Cannonball House and Museum, built in 1853, is the only house in Macon to be hit by a cannonball during the Civil War.
Located along the Ocmulgee River, Downtown Macon is as picturesque as it is historic. It is also a college town, so you'll discover a variety of funky shops, art galleries, coffee shops, and restaurants.
